Vendor Application

The application period runs from March 15, 2025 – June 15, 2025. Vendors chosen will be contacted on or before July 11, 2025 to see if they still wish to vend with us. The chosen vendors will have until July 25, 2025 to make payment before the space reserved for them is offered to the next in line on the waiting list.

Room Hours:

Friday: 2pm­-8pm

Saturday: 10am­-6:30pm

Sunday: 10am­-3pm

Load In Times:

Thursday 6pm – 10pm

Friday 10am – 2pm

Cost and Memberships:

Vendor rates are $125 per table space. Each table space comes with one badge. Additional badges are available for $30 and must be purchased at the time of table payment.

Space:

Tables are typically 6 feet long by 30 inches wide with a booth space of approximately 6ft x 6ft. MystiCon will work to provide adequate space behind and around the tables for ease of movement and storage. The multiple entrances to the Vendor Room are all lockable. If tables are not required, please let us know.

Miscellaneous Things to Note:

MystiCon cannot guarantee customers or sales, nor does MystiCon grant any terms of exclusivity or other licensing agreement to Dealers. There is to be no live merchandise sold in the Vendor Room. All copyright agreements and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Vendor. All licensed merchandise sold in the Vendor Room will have said license available upon request by convention staff. All merchandise sold at MystiCon must meet Virginia state laws and be appropriate for a family­ friendly convention.  Anything that is considered inappropriate for those under 18 must be handled discretely.  Open flames and any cooking devices, such as hot plates or coffee pots, are not allowed in the Vendor Room, per hotel regulations. Otherwise, vendors do not have any food or drink restrictions for the room. Live steel weapons are legal to sell at MystiCon, so long as they are only sold to those who are 18+ or directly to the parent of anyone under 18.

If a vender sells live steel, it must leave their shop peace bound or in a box if it isn’t being worn on the person.

MystiCon reserves the right to ask Vendor to remove any items from their table should MystiCon receive multiple complaints from Convention members. MystiCon is the sole arbiter of what is and is not acceptable behavior from a Vendor. Please note the Convention Rules on the website or in the program book.

Submission of a Vendor Application is not a guarantee of acceptance as a vendor at MystiCon.

I understand that if accepted as a vendor I and/or my company are responsible for any and all damages caused to hotel or convention property by myself or a representative of my company. I further understand that violation of convention rules will result in the loss of all badges and convention memberships issued for you and/or your company. I understand that access to all convention functions requires a convention badge worn in plain sight, and that there are no replacements for missing, stolen, or lost badges.
