Steven Barnes is a NY Times bestselling author, lecturer, life coach, and stress counselor at the prestigious Moonview clinic in Santa Monica. Barnes also holds a Master Hypnotist certificate from Transformative Arts in Marin California, and a yoga teacher certificate from Yoga Works in Santa Monica. He also holds three black belts, has forty years practicing and teaching Tai Chi, and was a senior student in Filipino Martial Arts under Danny Inosanto.
